We are committed to providing a safe and focused learning environment for our students. In line with this commitment, we have implemented a mobile phone policy that aims to strike a balance between the benefits of technology and the need for a distraction-free educational atmosphere. Our Mobile Phone Policy recognises the importance of mobile phones for emergencies and communication but emphasises that during school hours, the primary focus should be on learning. We encourage all students and parents to familiarise themselves with our Mobile Phone Policy, which can be found here.
These procedures relate to the Student behaviour policy, particularly section 1.3, which states that schools will develop behaviour support and management plans that include anti-bullying strategies and prioritise learning continuity.
Our plan is an operational document that outlines Campbelltown Performing Arts High School processes and practices that allow us to have a planned, consistent response to student behaviour. It also facilitates whole-school, prevention-focused and positive approaches to behaviour support, which focus on our RISE values.
